    Cognitive Behaviour Therapy

£70 per session (for a 50 minute remote session)

CBT is an evidence-based, structured approach that helps you understand the connection between your thoughts, emotions, and actions — and how those patterns might be keeping you stuck.

In therapy, we’ll work together to explore what’s going on beneath the surface, identify unhelpful patterns, and build practical tools to help you feel more in control. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, low mood, overthinking, self-doubt, or just a sense that life isn't working the way you want it to, CBT gives you a clear path forward.

This isn’t about quick fixes — it’s about building lasting change. You’ll leave sessions with insight, strategies, and the confidence to navigate life with more ease and self-compassion.

Support for adults living with ADHD

£70 per session (for a 50 minute remote session)

Living with ADHD can make everyday life feel like a constant uphill battle — but with the right support, it doesn’t have to. These sessions are designed to work with your brain, not against it.

You might be struggling with focus, motivation, organisation, or emotional overwhelm. Whether you're newly diagnosed, self-identifying, or simply wondering why things feel harder than they should, this is a space where you’ll be understood — and supported without judgement.

I combine evidence-based CBT techniques with my professional background in Occupational Therapy to help you identify what’s getting in the way and develop practical, realistic strategies that work for you. Together, we’ll build tools to boost your executive functioning, reduce stress, and increase confidence — so you can get things done and feel good doing it.

  • Coaching

Feeling stuck, scattered, or unsure how to make progress? Coaching is a focused, forward-looking space where we turn your goals into action — even when motivation is low and things feel overwhelming.

Whether you want to get organised, make a big life change, or just start ticking things off your list, we’ll work together to break things down, find your momentum, and keep you moving.

I can help you to clarify your goals and break these down into a manageable plan of action. At that point you might want to continue on your own, but if you want continued support to keep you on track then I can help you with that as well.

You’ll get clear, compassionate support and accountability — not pressure. This is about your pace, your values, and your version of progress.
